Hello @Jess04! I would absolutely agree with you, Samsung could release software updates that could optimize the battery usage of their phones. I typically charge my phone at night, and let it get to 100%, but if the protect battery feature allowed for a certain percentage to be selected, it would greatly benefit many people in the community. -SteadyStatus21

Hello @userAAysYXrw3C! Unfortunately, Samsung Flow does not get alot of support from Samsung. I use the Microsoft Your Phone app, which is built-in to your Galaxy phone by default. Then, you can install the app using the Microsoft Store. Enabling the app on your phone is easy! Open Settings > Advanced features > Link to Windows. However, you will need a Microsoft account, but this is much better at syncing than Samsung Flow. Hope this helps as an alternative! -SteadyStatus21

Hello @userXVcdwhHbMv! That is quite odd, what do you mean by "Not letting me to a reboot or reset or anything?" Are you able to power off the tablet? If so, it may be best to attempt to factory reset the device from the Bootloader. First, press at the same time Power + Volume Down and keep this combo held until the screen powers off. Still hold the Power key but change Volume Down to Volume Up. Recovery mode should show up on the screen. Use the Volume rocker to select "Wipe Data / Factory Reset" and push the Power key to start the process. Use the volume rocker again to confirm and press the power key to start the process. Hope this helps! If you need more assistance, let me know! -SteadyStatus21

Hello @Philinda23! I understand that your J3 Luna Pro is constantly running out of storage, and this could be a number of things, but for starters, certain apps like Facebook, Spotify, and Instagram use a large amount of cache. I use 1Tap Cleaner from the Google Play Store to assist in the removal of cache from those apps. Here is a link to the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.a0soft.gphone.acc.free Hope this helps! -SteadyStatus21

Hello @Dan1ell! I first would like to say that when I connect my Windows 10 Laptop to my Samsung TV, I selected always allow. Second, what is "smsng.com/easy"? Did customer support give you that? I am confused on why you need a URL to pair to your TV. If that does not work, please let me know and I will be more than happy to continue assisting you! Hope this helps! -SteadyStatus21

Hello @v185933! When you take a video and send it by MMS / over text messages, it has to be compressed for all users to see, however if both users have Google Messages, you can send larger attachments to the person. Other apps like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram have larger upload limits. Hope this helps! -SteadyStatus21

Typically, to start typing, just tap in the top left, and your keyboard should open. Hope this helps 🙂 -SteadyStatus21

Hello @Willhelm_55! Unfortunately, this would be an app issue, as you are inside the current app, it will not notify system-wide of the updated conversation. You can check around in messenger to see if that setting exists. I unfortunately do not use messenger, so I cannot help there. Hope this helps! -SteadyStatus21

Hello @I-man! I understand your frustration with System Updates and alarms not going off, however after a system update, the phone will wait at the lock screen to ensure that you are the correct user, and that someone doesn't get unauthorized access to your phone. If needed, you can disable automatic updates to prevent this. Hope this helps! -SteadyStatus21

Hey @jbigs! Yes, you can have the watch notify you, however there will be more power consumption because the heart rate had to be constantly monitored. To enable this feature, go to the Galaxy Wearable app, then open watch settings, then open Samsung Health settings, open "Heart Rate" (the first option) and you can enable and disable alerts for high and low bpm measurements. Hope this helps 🙂 -SteadyStatus21

From what I understand, I updated my phone because there was a new Beta, but now the app switcher has a glitch where the current apps overlay on top of the other apps and the app switcher is huge and behind the current app. This confuses me greatly. I can fix it by doing 1 of 2 things: 1) go home and return to the app switcher. 2) lock my phone and unlock my phone to see it normal again.

Hello @Gizzyman If your phone is feeling sluggish after a update I may suggest clearing the cache partition on your phone. To do that, you would have to enter the advanced menu during boot. Turn off your phone completely, and when powering on hold down the volume up key and the side key / power key. Let go when you see the bootloader. Then use the volume keys to select the "Wipe cache partition" and use the side / power key to confirm. Then when you confirm and complete, use the volume keys to navigate to "Reboot system now" and use the power key to confirm. Let your phone restart and see if that fixes the sluggish issue. Hopefully this helps! -SteadyStatus21

Hello @Amol Is your phone connected by Bluetooth to the car? Sometimes if the car is connected to your phone by Bluetooth, then the car tells your phone to enter driving mode. You can exit driving mode by clicking the large home button until it prompts you to exit the app. If that doesn't happen, it may be a problem with Android Auto and you may have to contact Google about the issue. Hope this helps! -SteadyStatus21

@Negropy Office365 Authentication through Google is broken as of right now. This is because this isn't a official release of the software and Google has not certified the beta. If you want to check, you can open the Google Play Store, click on your profile, click on Settings, and open the "About" tab. This certification of your device is used to ensure you are running a safe version of Android. When the official update for Android 12 comes out your device will be certified. Then Google authentications to other apps should work. Hope this helps! -SteadyStatus21
