Yes, I completely agree. It seems like the S21 Series phones are capable doing 1000+ nits (only when outdoors). However, indoors my S21+ is dimmer (maybe around 400-500 nits max indoors) than my old iPhone 11 Pro (which was able to get up to 700 or 800 nits even indoors). I just would like to use the full capability of my display (or close to it) indoors like you can on the S22 or on iPhones (with autobrightness disabled). You can just put a disclaimer that the feature drains battery more, if that is the concern. Or include it as a Good Lock add on (for those inclined to install it). Or add it into the "Labs" section of the Settings. Thank you

I recently saw a S22 in store and was poking around in the settings. Noticed a "Extra Brightness" mode - similar brightness to what an S21 gets outdoors (only when exposed to bright light or sun) @samsung - Hoping we the S21 can also get the "Extra Brightness" mode toggle with the One UI 4.1 update. The display is definitely capapble of being brighter but it is software restricted to only getting super bright when outdoors

Hello, I hav an unlocked S21 on beta 3. I recently changed carriers from Verizon to T-Mobile. In the Samsung Members app, I can no longer access any One UI beta features (forums, feedback, beta notices, One UI Program Status, etc). I am not sure if I would be able to update to beta 4 when it comes out, since it looks like switching carriers locked me out of beta. Can a mod change the carrier on my beta account To T-Mobile ? Thank you

Hello, I recently updated to beta 3 and see that I never see the new 5G UC icon when T-Mobile new Ultra Capacity 5G is available (unlike other people running the beta). Can the 5G UC icon also be brought to Unlocked S21 on T-Mobile? An iPhone next to me shows the 5GUC icon but not my unlocked S21 thank you

My beta 2 unlocked Galaxy S21 has that icon too with a white box around it. I'm on Verizon. My only issue with it is that it no longer shows when I am connected to the faster millimeter wave 5G network anymore

After installing One UI 4 Android 12 Beta, my phone doesn Not indicate a connection to Verizon's Ultra Wideband 5G Network (used to say 5G UW) or AT&T's 5G+ network anymore. Now, the icon just says 5G no matter which network it is connected to. Used to work just fine on Android 11. Is it possible to make it show connections to high band 5G on Android 12 like it used to?
