Customer service is abhorrent. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and all Samsung offered in response was a 5% credit. Absolute joke.

Yep! They're awful. Don't care at all about resolving issues.

Phone and chat support are useless. They don't care about helping at all. They just want to get you off the phone or chat asap to up their stats
