Hi all, Samsung team too! I purchased a 65 inch uhd UN65NU6070FXZA about three years ago, mounted it once it arrived at home and have not moved it since. A week ago, there were  vertical lines on the left side of the screen. Now the screen goes completely cloudy white and gray but you can still hear the audio. the picture comes and goes but then it flickers on and off. very frustrating, not sure where to start. I googled it and there are a lot of similar cases on this model/year. Are they defective or was there a recall I am not familiar with? can someone out there please assist me on where to start in getting this fixed/replaced/etc? thanks in advance! ... View more
