The s22 lineup is very durable, but the iPhone 13 lineup is more durable. I I would much prefer a Samsung phone with a good case though. I use a Spigen Rugged armor case on my galaxy s10, and it's amazing! It's super comfortable, super stylish, and offers great protection. I double checked and it is avaliable for the s22 series. If you tell me our price range, I can help find a good for your dad.

This is just a community of everyday galaxy users like you. We don't work for samsung. I'm not sure where. But there is a place that you can leave feedback for samsung devices. I can see using the coating for the cameras, because if it gets scratched then it's kind of game over forthe photos. I could see it being nice for the screen too, but I would guess it saves a fair amount of money by not. Maybe if the S23 Ultra doesn't come with a screen, the you don't have to worry about it!

I'm not sure where, but you can leave feedback and ask for that feature to come to the home screen. I'm sure you're not the only one who wants it.

I believe the s22 ultra has three times optical zoom. But after the 3 times,it switches to digital zoom, which just crops in on the image. That makes it closer, but more grainy. You will notice the same thing when you zoom in on the newest iPhone too. The less you zoom in,the clearer your photo or video will be. You may also want to try looking in the camera settings as well. Maybe changing something there could help.

It should connect when you put it on the s pen slot on the bottom of the phone. If it doesn't, then maybe something in this article will help: https://www.technipages.com/troubleshooting-s-pen-when-not-connecting

Open settings, press lock screen, press screen lock type, then press swipe or none. If you select swipe, then once you turn the phone on,you only have to swipe.if you choose none, then pressing the power button will take you straight to the home screen,or whatever app you were using last.

I had that issue too. (I just upgraded to a galaxy s10) they had me fix APN ssues, and everything was fine. On the phone, the first person told us the wrong settings for the APN. It didn't work, so she forwarded us to another person (higher up) and she told us the correct apn settings, and everything works perfectly noe.

Hi, just got a new galaxy s10 yesterday. I upgraded from an s7,which was too slow, outdated, and got too hot. So I got this s10. The phone is fast, stays cool, and I love the newer one ui software. My issue is, I can't send or receive any mms messages. Text messages work perfectly, but mms messages (group messages, photos, videos, etc) will not work. If I try to send them, it will keep trying to send until it says there's an error, and asks if I want to retry. When I receive one, it says downloading, but nothing ever shows up. I have reset the phone, checked all the network settings, updated it to the maximum it can go... I don't know what else to do.

I believe May is the last month that the S9 got security updates. But the galaxy s9's software version stops at one UI 2.5 and can be updated higher. The latest version is 4.1.

I recommend reaching out to tech support for this one. You can look up a number for Samsung support, or find another method. But you'll want someone actively walking you throught this one.

The galaxy A02 is a great phon, but It's a slow phone. Not to criticize you, and it's still a good phone for the money. But the one area it lacks most, is the performance. You can buy a used phone from eBay. I just bought a galaxy S10 (a fancy phone from 3 years ago) for 200 dollars. Which I don't have thousands of bucks lying around to spend on a phone. I think what's happening is the phone is just not keeping up. If you open settings, the device care, and press then optimize the phone, then press memory and clear the ram, the the phone should run more smoothly. (That will not delete anything from the phone, it's just a way of clearing out some of the background processes and lightening the load on the processor) If it still isn't working, you can remove everything from the phone, and start new. Hope this helps! -Alex

I still use 32 gb. I have a galaxy S7 with only 32 gb available. So there isn't much on mine. But I know the operating system can take up a couple gigabytes. Also, go to settings, device care and then press optimize. After that, you can mess around with some of the storage settings (And look at some performance and battery settings too) and see if you can clear anything for more storage.

I don't believe that the case have speakers, Bluetooth, or vibration in any of the galaxy buds cases. I had a scare the other day, and I lost my Galaxy buds live (in their case) and couldn't fine them for 3 hours. I think that would be a great idea!! But we will have to wait for the next version of the galaxy buds, because the current cases don't have the needed hardware. There's no Bluetooth in the case (So the phone can't tell it to vibrate or beep) There's no speaker (So it can't make sound.) No vibration module (So it can't vibrate) But I totally agree, and that would be a great addition.

I've never had any issues with Samsung either. I've been using them for 14 years, and I haven't had any issues. iPhone on the other hand... Let's just say there were times that I wanted to throw the thing.

Open the galaxy store on your phone, and check for app updates. See if there is an update for the keyboard. Also try to update your phone. I love the Samsung keyboard, but on my older Samsung Galaxy S7, I use Google Gboard. On my Galaxy S10, I use the Samsung keyboard. Everything is on the latest version on my S10.
