I have been using this for 9 months now. I am a moderate phone user, NO GAMES, no Facebook, I use for Whatsapp, camera, news app, Youtube, Amazon, Payapps. The biggest and unsolvable problem is auto restart. From 3 months onwards, the phone started freezing and auto-restarting, mostly when taking photos. I updated software, did not solve. By 6 months, the frequency of auto restart increased to 5-10 times a day. It restarts ANYTIME. The store will not help replace. Now, by 9months, the phone auto restarts almost 50 times a day. It also auto shutdown. This happens ANYTIME. Just sitting over the table it will die or restart. It has become unuseable now. I did a hard factory reset...did not solve the problem. Now, I am shopping for a new phone. Can anyone suggest a fix? Or Samsung send an update to fix this?? ... View more
