I see on here a lot of people with the same issues with their Galaxy buds plus where one side has significantly lower volume and there does not seem to be a real answer for this, every troubleshooting tip I have seen and tried to no avail. Still no direct word from Samsung on this issue. I personally am at the point where I am still under warranty and are going to ask for replacements.
