My wifi and Bluetooth won't turn on using the toggle. It just spins and says turning on but won't turn on. Worked with a Samsung tech to reset to factory settings and same thing. Next day I had a security update which seemed to work for a week and back to not turning in. Restarted phone, update on software and no other pending updates. Any ideas? I posted this before and it was deleted for some reason.

My phone is doing the same thing. Talked to Samsung tech. Went through a factory reset which didn't work. Next day I had a security update and worked. A week later and same thing. What is the Nice Catch? Any other tips before I get a new phone?
