There is no lasting fix for this problem - I have investigated every single piece of advice given on every post that I have been able to find on the web. Short of allowing a remote support from Samsung (yeah, like I'm going to allow that to happen...), just understand that Netflix and a Samsung Smart? TV are incompatible (specifically, QLED 80A 55"). If you consume a lot of Netflix, do not buy a Samsung TV - period; full stop.
