If you have a sleeve "tattoos " it has to me on bare skin to work. I originally wore my active 2 on my right wrist but 4 wouldn't work due to tattoos no wear on my left cause there's some bare skin there works great

You can go to settings scroll all the way done and click software updates. The click check for updates and it will say if you have an update or not.
