oh and one other thing - if "Night Mode" is turned on (at the bottom of the screen in Art mode) then the TV will turn itself off after a minute or so, even in bright day-light... 😞 Previous versions of the TV had a motion sensor button which in some cases need to be "dropped" manually (saw this on YouTube) and the technician did ask me to see if I could drop it and even asked me to send a photo of the bottom button, but then realised that this model doesn't have that ability - so perhaps the motion sensor is built-in differently in the 2022 version... I just chatted with online support for an hour or so and whilst that didn't help much they said they would escalate and someone will be in touch.

hi - i just got my 2022 65" Frame, and like you am having issues: - motion sensor not working. Art mode does switch off after a while if i'm not in the room, but won't turn out when i come back in or walk in front of the tv - brightness: similar to you, last night with lights dimmed in the room the tv didn't adjust the lighting and so the picture was far too bright - ambient mode: i could be wrong but i think this is a feature for the non-Frame models in order to somewhat mimic Art mode, but not as feature-rich I'm in two minds about keeping the TV. It is my first Frame and my previous TV is a 2017 LG OLED. The 2017 OLED has a better image but I was/am willing to sacrifice a bit of that for the benefit of Art mode. But, aside of the motion sensor issues we're both experiencing now, i've been reading about other people who over time keep having issues (with earlier models) and so this is making me think that the whole thing might be more trouble than it's worth, ie if i have to turn it on every time i will no doubt stop doing it after a while and then in effect lose the benefit of the Frame. Another small frustration: i cannot locate anywhere a manual to download (in order to avoid having to work my way through all the menus when accessing it on the TV)... I will try to contact support to see if they can help... good luck
