I agree @userfvnE6IFjnz, I posted my "thanks, good to know " response on March 26th and thought for sure that we would've received a security update by now!! This is absurd and now I'm beginning to understand why a vast majority of my family and friends will not give up their Apple products for Samsung. Apple faithfully provides security updates to their customers. They aren't left vulnerable to attacks as we are!

We're at the end of March, heading into April and still haven't received any security updates since December 1, 2021. Samsung hasn't had the courtesy or professionalism to respond or to let us know when to expect an update to our Tab S7 Plus units. I'm looking at other vendors and brands when I decide to upgrade. Excellent Customer service does matter!

I agree! I posted the same concerns a couple of weeks ago yet still no response from Samsung. They've totally disregarded the Tab S7 Plus and other units. It seems as if they're ignoring our complaints also.

I purchased the Tab S7 Plus in December 2021 and I received the December 1, 2021 software update on January 12, 2022. It is March and I haven't received any security updates for January and February as of yet. Why the delay? My screen tend to flicker and it is out of focus while scrolling and the screen slowly comes into focus a few seconds after I stop scrolling. My display is set at 120 hertz, motion smoothness on high which should prevent the out of focus or blurry response. It takes a few seconds for the entire screen to come into focus. The security updates along with other fixes are desperately needed! Samsung, please provide your customers with the required updates as soon as possible. We needed them yesterday.

My unlocked Note 20 Ultra is on the beta version also and I'm with T-mobile. On January 10th I posted on Twitter that my Galaxy Tab S7 Plus hadn't received an update since October 2021 and I received the One UI 4.0 v 12 software update the next day. I'm going to post about beta user's being last to receive the stable version and our reluctance to enroll in future beta programs with Samsung. I post in the main forum which garner more attention than a post to Samsung support.

@This-is-me, I agree with you 100%. You have a right to voice your opinion about the beta program which is the sole purpose for the program. All of these individuals complaining about you are apparently missing the point. Yes, this beta project is the worst I've encountered also and I'm surprised that Samsung, with its vast resources and technological experience, wasn't more prepared to contend with potential errors. Samsung makes trillions of dollars from customers around the world and this isn't their first software development program. We, as consumers are paying exorbitant amounts for phones and tablets and we have a right to expect the best support!! For those of you who don't understand what I said, basically, "we paid our money for a well maintained product and we can complain until the cows come home or until we receive proper support!" This is a 24 x 7 operation!!

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. It keeps switching from 5g to 4g and the reception isn't that great since I updated to Beta 3. There isn't an update for Samsung Members and I am not receiving an error message regarding this issue. It just happens randomly and frequently.

I have to toggle the Bluetooth on and off to connect to my ear buds after the beta 3 update. Also, the quality of the sound diminished including the Dolby Atmos. The sound vacillates up and down and it has an echo or reverb effect which appeared after the 3rd beta. There's a significant drop in the overall volume.

The alphabetical references that were listed on the right side of the Contacts and in the section where you select apps to add to your home screen has been replaced with a line of dots. The alphabets provided a quick reference point which eliminated the need to scroll through your contacts and apps. Having the option to click on a letter saves time and aesthetically, they matter.

The Amazon App Store and every app I purchased is no longer compatible since I installed the first beta program. I just received the third beta version and Amazon is still incompatible. Apparently, Amazon dropped the ball and didn't prepare or configure their programs for the Android 12 software.

After installing the first beta, the Netflix app which was pre-installed when I received my unlocked Note 20 Ultra, won't open anymore. I receive a pop-up message that "This device is not supported by the app." I spoke with a Netflix rep who had me to download the app from their website and install it, but it didn't work. The rep told me that it seems like my phone isn't compatible and she said that I shouldn't call them anymore about this issue. But, I will be calling them again if Samsung doesn't fix it.

I have the S20 Ultra also and was stuck with the December 1, 2020 update until a few weeks ago. I'm with Sprint/T-Moble and I had the sim card switched to T-Mobile. I had to have the January 1st security update flashed with Odin because Sprints December OTA update had two different software build numbers. Sprint and Samsung couldn't explain why it happened, but it prevented the January OTA update according to T-Mobile, which is why it was flashed with Odin. My Note 10+ received both the January and February OTA updates with no problems. We, as customers shouldn't be experiencing problems or delays with security updates to our expensive S20 phones which are still under warranty. T-MOBILE is excessively slow at providing timely soft/firmware updates. Unrealistic! There's no One UI 3.1 in sight. Other carriers pushed out the March update the first week of March.

This is an update to my first post. The data connection issue is definitely SPRINT! I have two lines and both experience data connection problems. However, the problems with the vacillating volume and battery drain is definitely software related! I didn't have those issues until after the UI 2.1 update.

I have the Note 10+ with Sprint and I've been experiencing data and connection problems also. I've contacted Sprint constantly regarding the matter and I took the liberty of going to a Sprint store to have my SIM card changed to no avail. To make matters worse, I received the UI 2.1 update which caused my volume to vacillate up and down and my battery drains extremely fast since the update. There's no improvement to the data connection problems. This is ridiculous!
