Samsung has to do better 😞 I want to buy Samsung products but they run weeks behind Android updates compared to Pixel. I mean there are a variety of reasons and I get that, but at the end of the day, security updates needs to be timely and regular.

Fa'sho, the only reason I havent withdrawn for the beta is because I have other devices. This device stays off. I check to see if they updated yet! Then power off. I will not be buying anything dungsung forward. Have a refridgerator doesn't work, diswasher, doesnt work and gas range that experienced some problems once outside of warranty. Weird part have an old refridgerator in garage that the samsung replaced. Thing still works like it was designed.

Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Side key to restart the device.

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. It keeps switching from 5g to 4g and the reception isn't that great since I updated to Beta 3. There isn't an update for Samsung Members and I am not receiving an error message regarding this issue. It just happens randomly and frequently.

Interesting, I always get the unlocked version for T-mobile. Curious if this is true cause my service is always iffy, even in city areas where there is supposedly Great Full Bar LTE.
