Someone told me it was due to the last update, their is goole app that we can download and do the same but not sure yet. I guess I will call t'Movil ask to speak to a high level techs.

Yes I did , I tried checking other settings to make sure I didn't press something by accident so I just gave up and went to 2 stores hoping they could help, but they end up suggesting to go best buy geek squad.
