Hello Wesgood, I'm sorry to hear about your situation with galaxy Note20. When it comes down to SMS not sending or receiving make sure that it is not a connection issue. If you can find suitable wifi connection than make sure it's not an application issue. Application issue fix: 1. Clear App. data 2. Soft Reset device ( Power and "Restart") 3. I would advise that you go ahead and check for any new updates. To check for updates on Samsung devices: 1. Go into "Settings" 2. Find "Systems Updates" 3. Click "Download and Install" If you're eligible for w update it will automatically start downloading.

I would recommend that you check for an updated version of the Google app store. Mostly usually updates with a simple restart of you device. Don't forget to check if the app is also available on galaxy store. Let me know if that helped. #UnboxUrPhone

• Go into settings • Tap on "DISPLAY" • Scroll down until you come across "NAVIGATION BAR" settings. I recommend you use the full screen gestures. It really brings out the galaxy's beautiful screen to life. For alittle butter go ahead and turn off "GESTURES HINT" on the bottom of "NAVIGATION BAR" settings. Hope this helps. #unboxyourphone
