If you haven't tried putting it in rice, try this to make sure it is totally dry. Also, the phone should alert you not to use the charging port because it is not dry. if you haven't received this message, the phone should be okay. Otherwise, call Samsung Customer Service or your Service Provider and hear what they advise.

For anyone buying a Samsung Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra, be prepared to have headphones missing from the box. This true for the US Market. Samsung claims that their purpose is to save the Environment and that the new phones' quality outweighs the missing headphones; however, I think it's also a cheap excuse for wanting a bigger share of earnings in the already competitive cell phone market. And who cares if Apple is also eliminating their headphones? Yet if the stated value of their previous cellular's headphones (per Samsung) was $90, then shouldn't the new Note 20 phone cost $850 instead of $950 ( or $1210 instead of $1300 for the Note 20 Ultra)? There's the additional factor that perhaps Samsung also wants you to spend more $$$ on a set of Samsung Bluetooth earphones! Also, the Note 20 appears to lack some of the functions that were available on the Note 10 (i.e., easier-to-adjust sound quality via a better User Interface, as well as better Quick Share experience...and the list goes on). As an Information Architect/UI Designer, I'm disappointed that Samsung could not even supply better, more complete Quick Start Guide documentation included (on paper) with the box. Providing multiple ways of learning new information (from an assortment visual/audio media) reduces the need to use (and for Samsung to spend on) Customer Support Services. Not everyone is adept in (or has the time to go) searching on the network for information that could easily be found in a (ten page or so) pamphlet. The user is then obliged to call Customer Support, which today can take valuable time away from one's day. Samsung needs to look at its Marketing Strategy and consider better Usability Testing of their products to facilitate an optimal User Experience with their products. Take a look at Subaru's approach to Usability Engineering and you'll see how a well-laid-out approach to Intuitive Tool Design enhances Customer Satisfaction and leads to better brand loyalty.
