What are you doing?! Are you trying to make people not use Samsung Pay? And you "canned response," "we are trying to make your experience better" is ridiculous. How is taking something away from your customers making things better? Giving the customers MORE is making things better, taking things away just makes everyone angry. Please stop doing that! I use Samsung Pay all the time. Getting money back was super cool, and I told everyone I saw, how great Samsung Pay was. Then you increased the number of points to redeem for money, I was not happy, but okay. Then you took MST out of the Galaxy Watch, super dumb move, as MST is an incredible sales topic everytime I use it. Now no more cash rewards?! Goodness! If I didn't love living in America so much I'd move to South Korea just to get a job with you guys to stop crazy decisions like this from being made!

I whole heartedly agree! I love my S3 and I have upgraded with each iteration of watch since the Galaxy Gear. I was super excited about the Galaxy Watch until I found out about the no MST. I guess I'll wait until Samsung screws their heads back on straight. Samsung seems to do this about every two years. You guys make an amazing product, upgrade it, and then screw it up by taking out functionality. Stop removing cool stuff! Please!
