The right bud is not charging in the case. I tried charging it my wife's galaxy bud case and still nothing. I contacted Samsung earlier this year about the issue but no results happened from that. I sent the information for my buds and the guy never responded after that. I can't update because both buds need to be connected. Im pretty tech savvy so I tried all possible ways. There's no water, moisture or physical damage. I know they come with a warranty for at least a year. Can Samsung just send me a new pair and I'll send these back. I'm a huge supporter of the company. I have 3 tvs, 4 tablets, 3 phones (since the S3) and my wife has the buds (mine don't work) so I demand some kind of customer loyalty treatment. Please get with me so we can fix this issue.
