First if you will go ahead a reset the smart hub. In the smart hub process you will come to a terms and conditions page. On this page instead of selecting enter press the following button sequence on your Samsung remote: Mute, Return, Vol. ^, Ch ^, Mute. A country code list will appear. Once it appears please select Afghanistan or Andorra. The terms and conditions will change to a different language go ahead and agree to the terms and conditions. And finish the set up. The unit will begin to delete all US apps and loading foreign apps in. Let this process complete. Once the process is complete, reset the smart hub once more, and on the terms and conditions page press the buttons once again: Mute, Return, Vol. ^, Ch ^, Mute. Make sure you select US from the list. Agree to terms to complete the set up. You will now see the foreign apps being deleted and all the US apps will load back in. Can you please try the following?
Move the refrigerator forward approximately 2 inches. If the noise goes away, that indicates the refrigerator was coming in contact with another object, such as the water line or a wall.
Verify the water line is connected and that water is being supplied to the fridge. If the water line is not connected or water is not supplied the fridge, the water valve in the back of fridge will make a buzzing or ratcheting sound. Turn off the ice maker to keep this sound from occurring.
If a water line is connected, but the noise continues, then turn down the water valve slightly to decrease the water pressure.
After lowering the water pressure, dispense water from the water dispenser for 10 seconds.
If 6 or more ounces of water were dispensed in 10 seconds, the water pressure is good.
If less than 6 ounces were dispensed, the water pressure is too low.
