On xfinity, there is a lag between audio and video. I tried fixing it with the advanced sound setting (between 80 and 120 %) but it didn't help. However, when I connect it to my Fire Stick, the sound is perfect. How do I fix the sound without the Fire Stick?

This was the OTA update. I wasn't aware that Smart Switch could update an operating system. Are you certain? I thought Smart Switch only transfers photos, music, etc. from one phone to another. All I want to do is a system update on my S7 Edge and it fails to update.
