Many people have this same issue, my left bud stopped syncing a couple weeks ago. Finally got ahold of Samsung on the phone and they very uncompassionately told me I had to send in the whole set, both buds, case, and cord. Nonsense! Why can't I send in the one that's not working so I can still have hands free calls and listen to music. They know it's defective, why make us suffer more? I won't be buying Samsung ear buds again! They should be sending us a new pair and have us send back the old pair! Poor customer service.
