I've tried to do the same - nothing works 1. I have cleared app cache for all 3 samsung pass apps (provider, autofill, and the app itself). 2. I have uninstalled updates on all 3 apps and tried login when no updates applied 3. I have re-installed updates on all 3 apps and tried login 4. I have wiped the cache partition on the phone in the power on boot menu 5. I have tried logging in on Wi-Fi and on LTE/Cellphone service 6. I have done a factory reset 7. I have gotten a second identical S9+ phone under Samsung Care and tried all these things again This is an app or a samsung account related issue. The "service is unavailable" is clearly not true. What is going on here?
