Wow! Same thing happened to me with my S20 Ultra. Don't waste your time with ecommerce. I chatted last night through the app and was told to call a number. Spoke with someone for half an hour and was supposed to go to ecommerce but got transfered right back to same place. Finally got to ecommerce and basically told to cancel order and return and then reorder. This was about 1.5 hours on the phone. Also told I could take my brand new $1,400 phone to a local repair place that is actually out of business. This is nuts! If a person spends this much on a stupid phone and it arrives damaged they should ship a replacement next day. Of course I've already spent 6 hours alone setting the new one up. Didn't notice the scratch until after setup. Samsung.....you reading this? Not a great way to treat repeat customers that buy a $1,400 phone that is already getting iffy reviews for camera issues.
