Scroll to the DNS setting option and then choose Enter manually. 5. Enter 8.8.8.8 in the DNS input field. 6. Save the setting and then exit. If this doesn’t help, and based on the information you provided about some of the steps you have already walked through, the only other option is to escalate this to Pandora directly. If you are using the apple keyboard, you'll need to make the keyboard discoverable then on the tablet you'll need to select Settings > Connected devices > Pair new device.afterwards you'll need to select they keyboard on the devices list. A one time passcode will show on the screen that you'll need to type in and then press the ENTER button immediately afterwards.
