It's a shame the front screen doesn't have a digitizer, so you can use the pen. Serious omission IMHO, and one, that if not reconciled in the 4,I will be sticking with my 3. All the camera trucks, and needless thinning of the device in the world will not make up for real features and upgrades like a front digitizer. That's just my thought process with my spending dollar.

I orchard for the 3(pro), but not important to me is, and is a deal breaker, is whether the front screen is digitized also. If not, I will stay with my 3.

Oohh, finally! Please share the link! I have been waiting for one of this since the devices release(since Samsung didn't have the vision to do this on their own, or better yet, digitize the front screen also)..

That person doesn't know what they're talking about. The orb with the switch is the pro pen. It has all the Bluetooth functionality and note like functionality you are speaking of. See the screen grabs from my device and pro pen options. There are more when you click on many of the features.

I'm a heavy user that knows how to configure for my use. That is the difference. And this is a beta forum(not a complaint about the cost of the phone forum(no matter how many times you change your responses, now that you see you sound foolish) and whether or not you are going to not configure the device), there is a difference.. Along with, there is another forum(general) for the watches) Those complaints belong in a general forum or Facebook group, where people can help you learn to configure. I'm here to test and report bugs on software(which I've done) on my set. I've done that, and this exchange has only shown me more than anything, that the complaints like yours are not in accordance to what I'm used to in beta's I've participated in, in past years with Samsung, and other companies.

In the sense fine to me is, every day I plug it in to charge, I have at least 30 precent left(fine, great, whatever. It's all the same to me). Your getting caught in words to argue. The only point you are truly making, that is coming off clear, is that this may not be the device for you. Same with the watch. If you're only getting 5 hours on the watch, either take it back(something is wrong with that one), you configured it wrong(again, the not wanting to configure it due to price or whatever), or it's not for you. Same with the phone. But your know, negative Nancy's are so boring, and Jesus, I know for one I'm tired of reading stuff, like blanket statements, then the person says "oh I'm not gonna configure it because it's 1800.00".. So what it's 1800.00. Maybe you don't have that much to spend it shouldn't have. Stop complaining and get another phone... And watch... Samsung devices do not configure themselves, and if not configured, it is not going to run how you want... It is not an iPhone or a burner phone .

I'm happy with battery on both of mine. I configure it to use what I want. What I don't, I turn off, as it makes no sense to turn on what I don't use. That is with phone, watch, anything (I'm not going to turn on all the lights in my house just because I can). My battery life on both is fine. If I were a person that "needed"everything on, I would make provisions to have a charger or Powerbank on me at all times..

Doubt it.. I think Google has issues with raw android 12 at this point, that is compounded whenever a skin is added to it.. I think this one is going to be a while.

As someone else mentioned in another thread, there's another issue they discovered. I am beginning to think it's raw android. None of the other companies have been able to release their skinned versions either, along with even Google having issues with 12 on their devices. I think it's a waiting game at this point with all of the devices. There was an artillery about 4.1, but then there's the 12L. Who knows, it may be better for them to jump to another version, bypassing regular 12. Just speculation, and pontificating..

Who knows honestly besides them. Even speculating isn't really worth it. When it gets here, unfortunately seems to be the best "out of mind, out sight" option(it's easier on the brain) They're running their own thing with Korea being the favorite(as usual) and benefactor..

So does that mean we should have received the official update? Because I never received any notification of closure, and am still on the 3rd beta...

Just wondering, in the gallery, when I would scroll through pictures or videos(where the arrow is pointing), there was a little hand that pointed towards the active picture or video. It has disappeared, and I thought it was very handy, so I'm just wondering how I can turn it back on? TIA

I hadn't used it until last night, but the Samsung keyboard, on my unit doesn't seem to have the floating keyboard working. I will clear the cache on the app, and report back

True, true. Same here I started with the note 1.. But who knows. I just have seen in groups and even in the beta, a lot of people asking and saying things that are very beginner things as far as android(aka Samsung skin). And that's fine, and honestly, I still ask some goofy questions, out of forgetfulness. But i couldn't have imagined myself trying to run a beta build when I first switched to Samsung devices. It seems exciting to get an early version of software, but there are so many things that "can" run awry.

I was wondering the same thing to a certain extent. Especially with just basic things. It is working well for me also, so it just makes me wonder if "some" that are on the beta are new users, and are converted from other platform devices, and that not aren't used to android, especially Samsung. Samsung skin is the most involved of all the Android devices, and while they are cool, there's inherently more that would make a person think about not running a beta.

It's not showing up for any of us. Lol, it's circulating the net(the features and it's fixes), but not on the handsets(for non Korea as usual)..

Simply to be able to save, import, and export your own Bixby Routines. And to be able to sync them with your Samsung account. It takes time to set up the Routines in the devices. Over the years(from when Bixby was first introduced), as a Bixby faithful, I have found it annoying to need to setup the Routines, over, and over and over again. At times, it has caused me to not use Bixby. Just an option to be able to sync them would be incredible!
