Samsung Messed up Orders I ordered 5 x S21 Ultra's one of each color on Jan 26th which was my 2nd order as Samsung canceled my first one from Jan 16th I believe it was due to a name difference from purchaser to account holder as I used my son's Samsung account since he had one already and instead of having to create my own but was not informed as to the reason until the 26th when I enquired why it all of a sudden was canceled and had to redo the order and confirm it was confirmed before the pre-sale promo's ended on the 28th. Theses are for our business. I got the two standard color S21's Ultra's within 2 weeks (website still says those 2 haven't shipped yet so that is funny) but the 3 with the exclusive color I just got told after multiple online chats that a Samsung system messed up and there was around 300 exclusive color orders that didn't get send to production and wasn't noticed until Feb 23rd. Which on a chat on the 5th week of the order date (March 3rd) I was told they were built and getting ready to be shipped which clearly now was not the truth. They are now saying it will be 5 more weeks from the Feb 23rd date to receive the 3 phones which would make it 9-10 weeks to get them which is ridiculous! They claim they are trying to find a way to expedite these phones but I wouldn't hold my breath to that and say they are looking into compensation options for those that are delayed but my guess is that unless you contact them they wont do anything. So if you are waiting on the exclusive order after the 5 week time I would contact Samsung which I did through the online chat and find out if yours was part of these 300 orders.
