I backed up apps and settings to Samsung Cloud on old device then estored it from the Fold2. My files and photos, I moved to a USB thumb drive. that's a lot of data to move if your are doing it through smartswitch or whichever data transfer app you're using.

You should become buddies with @Rujaal as you both have this huge unhappiness over the esim unavailability. If the esim is a deal breaker and must have, I would think you would ensure it is available prior to purchase.

Some people do carry 2 phones. If the esim is a deal breaker, get rid of the phone and look elsewhere because no esim won't change. I think it's best you not buy from Samsung again. You know better now after this experience.

It's an awesome phone! Way too many gripes on lack of cases and very poor cases on those available. Everyone is complaining about so many things to the granular level. It's quite annoying especially when it's all dudes doing the gripe.

All of my notes are converted. I have Samsung Notes version 4.0.06.5 on Galaxy Z Fold 2 and able to search keywords in all my notes. I do it in "All Notes" view. It doesn't always highlight the keyword in the results returned but it does return notes which contain the keyword.

I agree. No one is forcing people to buy Samsung phone. Every phone comes with pros and cons. If people hate those cons so much, don't invest or purchase it. Getting angry and leaving tons of negative messages does not help anyone.

@MTG13 Here are similar threads with same benefits error in the Samsung Members app. Support contact information provided in each thread. I am not having this issue. I understand but unfortunately, we all have to adjust expectations and be realistic. This device is new and they did share that many apps are not fully supported on this device. App makers need to be notified and see demand for them to get on top of making their app available for this device.

Should write reviews for Fold 2 on the apps which aren't supported. I think it's up to the app developer to support this device for it to work. It always goes back to the app owner.

App pairs can be created when you have 2 apps in split screen view. Like what @james4321 mentioned, tap the line in the middle of the split screen, 3 icons will appear, tap the one in the far right which contains a plus sign in it. The app pair will be added to your edge panel at the bottom of the list of apps you already have in the panel. To launch it: Find and tap it by pulling out edge panel. Should be towards bottom of displayed apps. To delete: Open edge panel. Tap the pencil icon and it will be in edit mode for you to tap which apps or app pair to delete. I just did this so it works. I do not get the error that the app pair is already created unless I have an app pair I launched and tried to add it as a pair again then of course it is already created so error will appear.

@PeterDawoud I just tried in my Samsung Members app and was able to tap multiple benefit cards like Obe, LinkedIn, Vivrelle, Michelin, etc. I was able to download the coupon and it shows up at the top of the benefits page. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

It depends on which category your issue falls under. They have so many channels! It is a bit of a pain and sometimes, you have to try multiple times through various channels but I get quickest result on Twitter.

I was able to get to the sign up page for Samsung Care+ through Samsung Members app. It ends up routing to a web page where my IMEI is populated. I haven't signed up but it's available if I want to. 1. Open Samsung Members App 2. "Explore" tab 3. Tap "Benefits" filter or the "Benefits" card 4. Tap the Samsung Care+ card 5. Tap "Buy NOW" button Arrive at web page with IMEI number populated asking for purchase date. Notice shared from Samsung chat rep.

Yeah people have removed theirs and I prob will eventually because it will just deteriorate our phone experience over time. Many have said we are losing out on the true experience because we have the screen protector on. I think that might be true. Make sure you have a good protective case or full coverage insurance when you do take it off. I have neither and I want to remove it.

I use my eyeglass cloth to clean my screen but I think the screen protector will get a little sticky over time. I am noticing it already and it's hardly over a week.

Try the speakers in safe mode so you don't have interference from 3rd party apps. that's a good way to troubleshoot if it's native issue or due to downloaded apps. I don't know steps for Fold 2 to get into safe mode.
