I had this same issue and used a different browser I had not used to go to samsung.com and was able to complete the last page of the activation. If you don't have an alternate browser maybe just clear your cache. The only issue I had was the new sim is still not working and gave it a week. I called activation today and they said not to worry since the new sim and phone is activated their side. But the rep made additional note and forwarded my concerns with his supervisor and a minute after our call I get an email that my phone has now been activated. Now I'm just hoping I get the rebate confirmation email soon.
