I left my S9+ and S8 (That Samsung broke while repairing) and move on to a ROG Phone, I was talking to the CEO office of Samsung in New Jersey, and since December it's been off and on, in the last few weeks I finally got somewhere, they offered two free phone repairs. I sent in my S8, that couldn't hold a charge past an hour of use, which I plan to sell, and my S9+ that was lagging software wise. The repairs went smoothly, I already have my S9+ back as of today and my S8 in the next few days. What really angered me was that I sent in my S8 with no cracks or damages besides a scratch fro when it fell and slid across the the ground. They told me that I "abused" the phone, just like the last time I sent it in for a battery issue. That there was a cracked back glass panel, the scratch, bent frame and many other costmetic damages that weren't there when I sent it in. The packaging was overkill. So I don't know how the phone got to be like that. My S8 and S9+ had two issues in common, LCD GHOST FAILURE - WILL NOT CHARGE. What I want to really know is, what happened with the S8? The S9s software?
