Keep your Note 7 as a collectors item. I know a few people who own them and use them daily on WiFi. I had one on Verizon paid cash for mine. Verizon refunded my money and didn't even push for the phones back.

Sounds like overheating. Do you have good ventilation around the connect box. A small fan blowing directly on the vent constantly may help.

Try cleaning the port on the phone and headphones with alcohol.

From any Home screen, tap Phone. Tap Menu > Settings > Supplementary services > Call forwarding > Always forward. Enter the phone number to forward your calls to. Tap Turn on.
