now I'm afraid to keep the s21 ultra I was having so much problems with my s20fe multiple multiple text messages from people that they were not sending me multiples of and then I lost my Google Assistant and just got that back and I had no problems with my s7 note or the s7 edge through the nine plus so I have to agree I think that they're having quality control issues it's to the point where I'm afraid to update the phones:pensive_face:

I got the earbuds pro with the s21 ultra unfortunately they are not working right they seem to have a problem where they have volume issues it'll just randomly shut down to a barely audible sound and then go back up and I've checked the settings does anybody know how to fix that problem?

I'm having the same problem with my text messages in the Wi-Fi not sending out not getting MMS messages and this is a problem! also I'm getting way multiples like 14 to 18 every minute from some of my people this is a problem that I had on my old phone which is why I got a new phone and this one was fabulous until they started doing updates it worked perfectly.. the MST in Samsung pay is an awesome feature and really should be kept also the expandable storage is a huge deal! don't follow Apple Samsung

I'm having connection issues where there was none at all when I brought the phone home I have to restart it constantly the battery life has gone from a day and a half of usage to having to recharge halfway through the day with no change in usage since the update. my video quality stinks where it was good before and I don't love the fact that Samsung is taking away the storage.. The watch 3 that I got has very inaccurate blood pressure monitoring even though I've calibrated it several times to my cuff I don't know what the purpose is? I've tried using it on my wrist and on the inside of my wrist.. I'm getting multiple messages from people like 14 to 18 and when I try to send messages they fail way too much the frustration is getting unbearable! 🤦:female_sign:

They're customer service seems to be sporadic at best which i dont understand.. even the technical side doesnt seem to be able to help with issues even when remote accessing and they need to have places where people can take phone into for technical support because they have more phones than apple! i dont want someone remoting into my phone to reset i can do that myself
