Thank you Actually I am with verizon. I have an unlocked phone on verizon. Maybe I will have to reach out to them and ask them why they haven't pushed out the update to me.

It's a Snapdragon s22 Ultra so the model number is SM-S908U1. The last four on the software version is AVE4, from May 25th, which is not the most recent, I believe. I think something came out in early june, sometime around the 9th as I noted above, when the video came out showing the updates, which I still can't retrieve.

Thanks. Yeah there is something out there - a system update which includes the camera improvements. I've seen it. The APPX guy did a video on it nine days ago as got that update as well. I've also discovered in my research that it seems like instead of being the first to get updates, we who have unlocked phones are now getting them last. And maybe Samsung is now stating that it is because they want to update all the carriers first because the unlocked phones will put the carrier Sim in carrier updates need to have been in place. It seems like it used to be the other way around. But the carriers have all been updated with this yet my phone still hasn't. Hopefully soon but it's kind of frustrating to be the last one to get it when you've intentionally purchased and unlocked phone. It would also be nice if there was some place where you could just go look at all the updates and see exactly what you're missing.

I keep seeing videos on YouTube about this great update to the camera that came out, at least 9 days ago. I've seen other videos about updates. I have not gotten an update on my unlocked Galaxy s22 Ultra since May 25th. No matter how many times I tell it to go check for an update it continues to come back and say I'm up to date but that seems not to be true. Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks. What actually seems to be the problem is a little bit of an issue with the placement of the power button / fingerprint reader. If you pick that phone up around the middle in any way some part of you is touching that fingerprint reader and it tries to read a fingerprint. And if it is not the right part of one of the registered fingers then it bumps several times and then decides that you have failed five times to biometrically proof who you are. So the solution seems to be just to be very cognizant of hand placement when picking up the phone.

After two days of use of the z fold 3, I have received the five attempts error and been told to put in my pin when I have not touched my phone many times. Is anyone else experiencing this? One problem may be that too much of the phone is touch-sensitive and considers a touch and attempt to login perhaps. Maybe in my pocket screen is not staying off and just waking up and counting touches as an attempt to login. But this is an issue I've had with no other phone so there's something about this one where I go to open my phone only to be forced to put my pin in because of this. Any solutions would be great and update my Samsung would also be great. One other piece of the equation maybe that as I'm holding my phone, touching nothing on the phone, only the case, it's still bumps a lot as if it's being touched or triggered in some way, giving me half the feedback. This also could be part of the problem so I would be interested in knowing anyone else has experience with that as well.

I am not absolutely sure if this is part of the Beta One UI 3.0 or not but I noticed it 1st after entering this Beta program. In the Samsung notes app there is now a banner that is there every single time seeking to force me to embrace One Note and upload all of my notes there. I don't use One Note as I don't like it. I am a little unhappy that you have gotten into bed with Microsoft to such a degree that you are forcing it one us now at every turn. Please take that banner out of there. Once I say, no, I don't want to have to say it every single time I open the app. It is very intrusive and feels disloyal to us, the Samsubg customers, and very loyal to Microsoft. I use Google drive and a micro SD card. I don't want to have to tell you know every time I open an app that I don't want a Microsoft product.

The interpretation of speech to text is very bad in the Samson keyboard. This may be a Samsung issue because it is also bad when installing the Google keyboard. Unclear if this is a microphone issue or an AI issue. In both keyboards when saying the name of punctuation, it often writes out the word, such as "period," instead. Of the desired punctuation. The misinterpretations can be a word here or there, or entire sentences and phrases, and can sometimes be so far removed from what was said that it is shocking.

The app tray is very cumbersome. You have to swipe, swipe, swipe, swipe and it feels sticky and non fluid. it should just scroll down freely taking advantage of the 120 hertz refresh rate, as it does in a pixel phone or any other phone where the UI is more like pure android. This would be a place where one UI should be more like Android it is much more user-friendly and pleasant to use than the side to side you currently have.
