Currently use the Note 10+ 5G with Verizon and I preordered the S21 Ultra 256 in Phantom Black through the Verizon option as well. I'm excited for almost everything with this phone, especially the faster, well, everything, and the camera upgrade is pretty tremendous. Having kids in sports, music, and theater requires zooming in, and mine currently doesn't do well with that. I have run into an issue where the delivery date, through Verizon, also confirmed within my VZ account showed January 29th as the delivery date for this version, and then after the order was placed, now shows a delivery date for the phone as February 23rd and all of my add-ons as February 24th. Trading in the Note 10 has a value of 550, though I'm not sure why it doesn't say + but still says 5g version, which might have made that more. I'll look into that further. If it still shows pending on your card, it should fall off. If it doesn't they absolutely need to refund it. If you went through the process and got a confirmation e-mail, confirm the 2 order #'s are the same. I've seen several posts where they reviewed after that suggestion and found that the cancelation for order #US**** was different than the confirmed order #US****. Hope this applies for you as well.

I was concerned about that at first as well. Once I received the order confirmation e-mail, it was more descriptive. Mine shows $112.82, however, it's the monthly payment, the Samsung Care+, and then my Verizon monthly plan which is $80. I was able to complete the order, however, originally given the delivery date of January 29th as advertised, the date was way off on the delivery date on the order confirmation. Not once did it change for the Black 256 version before or after selecting Verizon. If I selected a different size or different color it changed, but when selecting Verizon instead of unlocked, and selecting 256, and then selecting the only option of black, it said January 29th throughout the entire order. After checking out, and being charged, I saw the shipment date of February 23rd! I reached out via support chat and they advised of backorder due to high demand. While I understand that, there isn't a possible way that this was determined in the 5 minutes from the time I selected everything and placed the order. He even confirmed it said the 29th and would escalate. I go on the site now and it says ships by February 19th....I hope they are able to honor this through the escalation, and get this to me as advertised. I also hope you all get your orders to go through, though please try not to expect to get your phone for awhile if you go with the 256 or 512.
