if none of @Zolfur 's great advice seems to help i would suggest checking the settings within your bixby routines, one of my personal routines has my sound turning on and off which gives me a audible notification when it starts and stops. hope that helps!

Being that smart switch is not discovering any compatible updates for your device at this time unfortunately would mean either your device is either incompatible, hasnt been rolled out, or due to it being an unlocked sprint device has no way to be updated at this time. would recommend moving forward to select the factory unlocked version of your next device!

Hey Akagrimlock, In order to sign up for the samsung beta program you have to follow the steps below, please note the notice may not appear if there are no betas available or your device doesn't qualify Download the Samsung Members/Samsung+ applications and Install it on your device. To participate in the Samsung One UI Beta Program, you have to Register an account with Samsung as Samsung Member. Then Login, Go to Notices >> select “One UI Beta Program Registration”. Fill the required details and submit the application. Once your application got approved, you will receive an OTA notification for the One UI update. Hey, Have you already checked in the galaxy wearables app that your buds are up to date? if the light gets stuck on red there may be an issue with the batery accepting a charge. contact 1 (800) SAMSUNG and ask for a warranty claim.

unfortunately DeX is not supported via bluetooth at this time. the note 10 and new have introduced a new feature called link to windows which allows easy wireless file share from phone to windows 10. however for your s9 i do recommend use of the google drive to wireless transfer to your computer.

Hey, there is a possibility that the software may have somthing to do with it however before a factory reset there are a few troubleshooting steps to take make sure youre using an authentic samsung cable preferably the one from the box In general managment make sure to whipe the cache data and check for any apps that may be running in the background run the phone in safe mode (Power button -> Hold power off -> Safe mode) final step is a factory reset however ensure that all your personal files are backed up to either an SD card or Samsung cloud

With the troubleshooting you have done my reccomendation is to call 1 (800) SAMSUNG and ask for a warranty claim. You may want to double check that your buds themselves are up to date in the Galaxy Wear app

This may be an issue with your software. I advise checking for any updates. If update arent available: back up your personal information (contacts, photos, etc.) Reset your network settings [Settings -> General management -> Reset -> reset network settings] this will not delete information if all fails you may need to do a factory reset via the smart things application on a PC or mac

Hey, have you tried to check if the buds require an update? it may be beneficial to take a slightly damp alcohol pad or Qtip to clean the connections(ensure that no moisture is on surface and pad is not saturated as this can damage you product) if all else fails call 1 (800) SAMSUNG and ask for warranty replacement

Id suggest trying to run your phone in safe mode to check possibility for a third party app interupting the software hold power button tap and hold power tap safe mode to later remove safe mode after issue is checked simply restart phone

A few things may cause such issue to happen: The icon pack may not be properly optimzed for your phone. For the pack to run properly it may require the software to be updated to the latest version id advise trying to uninstall older icon packs or even try a different pack. If these options fail a software update may be required.
