I have a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G running Android 11 with 3.0ui and at first I had Home Up and task changer both from the Good Lock team at Samsung. I loved using both of these tools. Now they are non existent on my phone. If any Samsung administrators have any ideas please let me know. Also I have called in to Samsung support and all that they can say is that my phone has a hardware failure, or a software failure. I have even been by Samsung support told that I am not allowed to use home up and task changer. I believe that both of these statements by Samsung support are just excuses for their lack of help. Samsung support has also told me that I must not use any third party apps (I already know this) I told them that Good Lock and all the apps associated with it were made by Samsung. My Samsung Galaxy A71 5G Hardware failed after the new android 11 update. I called my phone carrier and they had me call the people who process the claim. Long story short, both my phone carrier and the claim people could not figure it out. I did also call Samsung and they had me call into a company that they use to fix their devices. The company said that they can't fix my phone and that I needed to call Samsung. I already knew what Samsung was going to say, because I call them about my S8 messing up. Samsung wanted me to surrender my phone while they fix it, and maybe after 6 months I would get my phone back. Let me break this down for you, I need my phone because my doctors would not be able to call me right away if they needed to get in touch with me. I have 4th stage kidney failure, and I am hoping to get a new kidney. Recently my Samsung Galaxy A71 5G was updated to Android 11 3.0 and I have to say that I was a little surprised. My task changer disappeared, and I didn't know where to go on the phone to find it. I then went into Good Lock and there it was. Also I found a cool way to change the scrolling pattern on my A71 5G without having to download a third party app! Again I went into Good Lock and in the section called Home Up I saw a place where I can change the scrolling pattern on my phone. I totally love the new design. In the Google Play Store there is a notification on the Always On Display app that says it is not compatible with my device. I have a A71 5G running Android 10. Other than this issue the phone is working fine. I have contacted the developer about this and they have not yet gotten back to me. Does anyone else have this problem??  ... View more

I have a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G and on the Samsung website it says that my phone will be getting the android 11 update, which is great news for me.
