you've got to find where its at then, so hold it down and hit details then disable it or delete where its coming from

with a factory reset it SHOULD work properly so you did something wrong try booting it in safe mode hope this helps

no computer you can change the settings on the phone to charge share files and such but your computer isn't picking it up so its a problem there not the phone

when the notification comes back hold it down and then go to details delete it or block it

If you signed up already through Samsung members then head over to your settings and do a system update and you'll receive the Android 1p beta update. Minor bugs also some apps will not work only because they haven't updated for them to be compatible with the new OS update. Hope this helps. Again links aren't available anymore
