My storage says I have 3 gb of audio files but I have no audio files downloaded to my watch. I checked the Music and Spotify apps and they have nothing. Where are these files and how can I delete them? Thanks.

If only! The rep was a chatty dude. He talked for 20 min about being in the Philippines and wanting to see snow and his trips to conventions in Rhode Island and San Jose. Then he started talking about visiting Michigan and finally seeing snow. Also got history lesson on the Philippines. He definitely didn't want to get off the phone and he has worked for Samsung for years. I called Support again yesterday and told them to quit sending emails about the repair ticket and to cancel it.

Last night Samsung Support issued me a return label to send in my Active2 for a software update for ECG/ fall detection. They said if it can't be updated they would exchange it for a watch with those capabilities. Anyone else told this? I tried to explain that the software isn't available but after 30 min on the phone I gave up and said just send me the FedEx label.

I think most of us read that article 6 mos ago. Unfortunately Samsung has given no updates or even information about updates at all.

Based on Samsung's lack of transparency on the whole ECG/Fall Detection issue I wouldn't count on any country getting those updates. Samsung has really let all the loyal Samsung fans down on this watch.

I haven't checked the box my watch came in to see if it says anything about ECG or Fall Detection. I got my info from the internet and the salesperson at Costco prior to buying it. If your watch box says it will have that capability Samsung better follow thru.

Probably not unless someone files a class action lawsuit. I bought mine specifically for the ECG and Fall Detection. I got it on Black Friday along with a Note 10+ for me and. S10 for husband. Should have bought Apple products instead I guess.

I'm pretty depressed about how Samsung is handling this issue. I've been a many years Samsung customer. Samsung phones, tv, tablets, appliances, etc but this is making me reconsider my next purchase.

Thanks. It is a nice watch but I bought it for the fall detection and secondly for the ECG (I use a Kardia now) and I'm not going to be happy if it doesn't get the promised capabilities.

Read a reply that stated Samsung said Active 2 won't be getting ECG. Not sure person asked about Fall Detection. Anyone else got confirmation of this? Trying to decide how I argue with Costco to take the watch back because it was falsely sold as getting both of those 1st Q 2020.
