Hi, I checked on two different Samsung devices, in the camera settings, under save options the choice is hiec on or off , slide the button to off. Hope this helps.

try using the volume up/down button on the side of the phone when you are In a call. it won't raise / lower if not in a call.

when you are on a call, use the volume up and down buttons on the side of the phone. this controls the speaker for your ear, you must be in a call for it to go up and down.

Try clearing the Samsung Members cache. Press on icon until app info comes up, click on it, then click storage, then click clear cache and clear data at bottom of screen, or where it says it.

Ddsanchez_82, thanks for the reply. I am aware of the reason the phone is expanding, but a battery in a 2 year old 1200 dollar phone should not be doing this. It is the result of a poorly made battery, therefore a hardware issue which should be taken care of by Samsung.

For skills, main page, scroll down to recommended section.. click view more, then click browse at top right of page. Scroll down to section labeled skills, click view more. This will give you the articles to go through, after you do it should start listing skills in your profile. Badges are listed in your profile which is available by clicking profile at the bottom right of main page. Click view more in badge section to see what they are. As for levels,, who knows, there is no list of the levels to be found anywhere on the net. LOL

I get this idea from the fact that they tell you to backup your device before clearing the system cache when installing a new operating system so it works properly with your installed programs.

I'm thinking that clearing the temp files in device care just removes temp files from programs you use daily, while clearing the system cache removes the temp files saved by system apps and their temp settings.

Yes, it takes some working with to understand how it works. But if you like to follow threads it lets you flag them to your profile page so you can keep up with them without having to search or look through post after post. Lol

If you use the samsung members app on your phone it will auto log you in. Just put the app on your home screen on your phone.

Ok, if I login to us.community.samsung.com using my username/password it sends me the notices and email. But,, if you sign in using your google account you do not get the notices/emails. Just an fyi.

I also just used Samsung internet to login to my account and it did the warnings and email too. It seems it is some sort of security so you will know someone is logging in to your account through a browser, instead of the app.I'm going to keep digging to see if there is a way to turn it off for the browsers.

It's a Chrome thing. Use the Samsung members app on your phone to get to the members area. I just logged in through Chrome and it did just what you say is happening to you.

Press on the members icon, when the menu comes up press app info. When the settings come up press permissions and check that location is on.

Bank of America has disabled the fingerprint part of their app. They are worried that the problem with the s10 and note10 fingerprint sensor ( the silicone screen protector problem) will allow people to login to our accounts and they want to cover their a**es, So until they think Samsung has fixed the problem we have to use our passwords to access our BOA account on our phone.

It might be so that the app can use your location to send/show you info/programming that is relevant to your area of the country/state in the app. Instead of general info.

I use the Samsung email app, when I open an email it shows who it is from ie. "Amazon". Now if you tap where it says "amazon" it will pop up a menu with the email address shown.At least it does on my Samsung email app.
