Have the same issue and Samsung doesn't appear concerned about fixing the issue or helping them to get a replacement or discounted offer to keep their customers... Won't be buying anymore and will tell my family the same. I think I've seen enough responses to see this being a significant trend across multiple models and years. Sad because I was about to replace and upgrade other displays and tvs. Don't bother with asking me to test and troubleshoot... I'm an engineer and this is a material defect in the design. Not sure why there hasn't been a recall.
