I have a very similar situation going on. Samsung has had my watch since 4.17 and still no refund that they have consistantly promised. I have jumped through all of the hoops, they have the watch that I have sent in good faith and now I'm getting the run around. This seems like a pretty consistant problem. I wonder if a class action law suit should be brought forward. I'm so tired of being lied to about this. And it seems like a pretty common occurrence.
