Bought a new Samsung Note 10 plus at T-Mobile and after 18 days of use half of the screen went dark vertically. Never got dropped or wet. Tmobile referred me to Samsung for a replacement new phone but Samsung referred me to Best Buy for service which referred me back to T-Mobile. T-Mobile replaced me with a refurbished phone. A new model but already have refurbished phone? Ended up spending 1,099 dollars for a refurbished phone. I have been a Samsung Note user of all models but very disappointed with this Note 10 plus. SAMSUNG RIPPED ME OFF.
