I have the note 10+ since day one. It's an unlocked model on the sprint network, purchased from Samsung. I can't seem to download anything while on wifi. I've tried rebooting router, forgetting account and reinstalling, rebooting phone, I didn't just copy over old phone to new, I started fresh. NOTHING works. It's not just my home wifi. And my husband's s10 isa problem free. I have premium care through Samsung. How do I contact them? Any suggestions for me to try???
