I've had my QLED 55in for the last 4 years & have yet to receive an update on it (automatically or manually). When I called Samsung to see if I had missed something, they stated that if I hadn't received an update, then my TV was up to date & didn't need one. Kind of weird there's been no update to the TVs in over 4 years but there's one for their phones every 4 hours it seems. Has anyone else had the same experience?
