Scrolling isn't as smooth in 120 hz with mad frame rate drops and apps opening and closing much slower. What's the deal?

Ever since the beta, I've had to reset my fingerprints at least 3 times and it's not as accurate as it was before. Anyone else been having this issue? There's also an issue where the fingerprint icon appears on the upper end of the lock screen.
