They are really good to customers in individual situations and their products are superb, but Samsung is horrible about communicating with consumers.

Does anyone have direct communication with them to verify what they mean by "later time" does it mean like later on today or later on this week? Being unlocked should have its benefits of not dealing with the Carriers. This needs to be brought up to Samsungs Executives.

Cleared storage and cache, force stopped the app, restarted my phone, all multiple times and every time i get litterally nothing. Big omega oof on my end i guess.

There is no beta for the S9 Phone Line, it had its beta for Pie last year, this year the beta is for the S10 family phones and testing Android 10. The S9 will however eventually get Android 10, next year after the release is rolled out to the s10 family and Note 10, then its likely that the note 9 and S9 family will recieve the release update.
