Does anybody have the same situation? I was able to go to my visual vm directly from my dialer on att. Now I get double notifications and the phone vm can't be disabled....only the visual notifications can be.

I have a note 20 ultra 5g unlocked from Samsung on t-mobile. Everytime I get a voice mail I get two notifications one from the phone voice mail and one from visual seconds apart and on my drop down. Can I have it that I can just get visual alert. There's no way to turn off the phone vm alert
