Wireless is worst on the battery heat of life of it. I have 2 Wireless chargers I don't use hardy the phones get warmer than super fast charging alone my phone much cooler my note 20 ultra.

The basis of writing this to let Samsung know stay true your base I love added memory I don't like everything on a cloud nor following practices a company that's behind you with innovation. Keep what customers want not tell them what they need like Apple. The new project manager is a following of Apple. I don't care for their ecosystem that's why like my note phones and s tab plus more.

They want to be stupid like apple keep following them. What make Samsung better is being different I will not upgrade non of our family phones with no charger in the box. My note 20 ultra will be the last.

The camera is the best plus the sound is richer. The smoother scrolling very fast The fastest downloading over Wifi. The Bronze color back the best no finger prints.

Me and my other co worker have them after the update the sound is even better cleaner. The volume on mine is pretty loud in using the note 10 plus since August. I've had that happen other head buds cleaned them they was blocked on one ear bud then they was find.

You got to make sure it checked play in background and data saver is off just go to apps click on it and check the memory
