Exactly how I feel. Guess what my TV is currently doing? Not working once again. We have this big expensive TV that we can’t use and have to go through more reliable devices and companies, such as our PS4 or Blu-ray player, to watch our shows and movies. I still haven’t received a reliable solution to this issue, only exhausting temporary ones that only work until it once again failes and then I have to find a new solution. At this point we just stop trying and every few weeks attempt to connect and it either does or does not. Still waiting for Samsung to resolve this!

Yes. The TV continues to do the same thing regularly. I go through all of these “solutions”, which don’t usually work so I basically just wait it out until it begins connecting again on its own and use my PS4 or Blu-ray player to do what the TV should. Is there an answer or final solution you can give for the problem this TV (and apparently a number of others based on this thread) has given us repeatedly?

Once again this was only a temporary fix and I’m right back at having the same problem. This so called “Smart TV” more often then not doesn’t work and it’s error after error. I’m so upset with the Samsung company and the persistent issues. Dealing with customer service is exhausting and every “solution” has either failed or temporarily resolved the issue and then we’re right back where we started. I have been dealing with this for over a year and a half.

Having the same issue again. It's exhausting and so frustrating. So far I have had only bad experiences with Samsung products and customer service. What number did you call to have the technician come out? I'm tired of trying to fix this on my own.

I don't know what to do either, it has happened again. I cannot connect as all and I am so frustrated. There is no reason for this to continue randomly happening, we havent changed our Wi-Fi and no other devices are having this problem. I think it came back on its own last time because when I check for an update now of course it can't because it can't connect to the Wi-Fi. I also need HELP!

A notification displayed on our TV screen informing us of an update. I went ahead and updated and the next time I attempted connecting to the Wi-Fi, it worked.

My Samsung Smart TV has stopped being able to connect to our WiFi. It had been working perfectly up until this past week. The TV is the only device in the house not connecting to the WiFi.
