I sent my Samsung galaxy Tab S7+ for repair before Christmas on December 8 and all I keep hearing is the parts are on back order, and we can't do anything else because your claim is not under warranty. It is very disappointing to know that a major product manufacturer. That products a product and sell it for $999.99 is not able to repair their own products or offer a better resolution then "we can send it back to you broken". So what can I do with a broken tablet again? Now when I call I get put on hold for 30 minutes and the call gets disconnected. I wonder if Apple has these try of supply chain issues when it comes to repair their products and if they do what try of resolutions do they provide their customers.
