Replacement One Connect box arrived today -- exact same power cycle. I was 99% sure it was a bad box. Should I try replacing the cable and/or power cord? Is it possible it's the actual display that's causing the power cycle? I see it say "the frame" and a channel number, and even hear audio for a second or two before it reboots.

Exact same thing happened today, June 17, 2022, with my 2020 Frame 55"! Had it on and noticed the audio going in and out. Walked in the room and saw "The Frame" on the screen and thought...interesting, but oh well...just rebooting. And then it did it again in less than 5 seconds. Curious... did you replace the cable, too? Or just unplug cable and plug into your replacement box? Crazy this lasted 2 years.

I have the 2020 Frame 55" and have no sound issues with any of my apps - including HBO Max. Do you keep your TV updated? I have to use USB because the auto update built-in always says up-to-date when it's really not.

Hey! this is a known issue by many, but not ackowledged or fixed by Samsung in 6+ months. You're going to need to buy longer screws. Search the forum for "2020 frame feedback".

I'm glad it worked for you. It is sad 1) Samsung has no effective means to receive and review feedback from customers (or simply chooses not to), and 2) customers are still having this same issue 7+ months later. Shows a true lack of quality control.

Your retailer is responsible for the product they sold you, sorry. "Little box" - do you mean the One Connect box? it's not exactly little. There would have been a huge missing box inside the bigger TV box.

Yep, I'm sorry you have the problem, too. I actually think the issue is the holes aren't drilled right / deep enough in the tv...but who knows. No one at Samsung will understand / care, so hopefully buying longer screws like I did will work.

Did it say ALL ambient modes are being sunset? I have a 2020 frame and got a message that the headline news option in ambient mode was going away -- it did not mean all ambient modes were going away.

Hey there. My 2020 55" Frame has Samsung Health. Are you on the latest firmware? FYI...mine did NOT find the latest version by checking online via the menu; I had to download to a USB stick and flash old-school style.

It works fine on my 2020 Frame. Check to see if you're on the latest firmware (I had to download to USB - it didn't find it by updating over wifi) and maybe reset the tv?

I have a 2020 Frame 55". Amazon Music didn't work out of the box, or after a firmware update I did in June via USB. Definitely nothing you can do to "fix" it; Samsung is going to have to do it.

I've had the issue where art won't "set". you select something and nothing happens. It seems like just turning the TV completely off will resolve (press and hold power button). Hopefully that is something that can be fixed in a firmware update.

I purchased the 2020 Frame TV 55" on Friday, 5/22. QN55LS03TAFXZA There is an issue with the supplied no gap wall mount. Step 1 is to attach the bracket to the back of the TV using the 4 included screws: M4 x L14. These screws are too short. They drop right in and spin. I had to go to a large box hardware store and purchase M4 x L16 screws. Please address!! This should literally be the easiest step of the whole mount process. 800-SAMSUNG is a joke -- she sent me videos to watch and recommended I hire a professional installer. This is a premium lifestyle TV in the year 2020. The available memory/storage is awful. After installing 4-5 apps the available storage remaining was 7%. A few hours later, it was at 3%. I have not installed ANY personal photos yet. Guys, this is a serious concern. How is this TV going to hold up for 5+ years if we're low on memory out of the box!! This is a major shortcoming and Samsung should address somehow. There are things like eManual (50MB) and Disney+ that are pre-installed and you cannot uninstall. This TV should have at least another 500MB to 1GB of available storate.
